This Privacy Policy ("Policy") determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by GTPS exporter(hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
The Operator sets as its primary goal and condition for its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website GPTSExporter.
If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use our Services.
GTPS has designed this policy to be consistent with the following principles:
We collect information in multiple ways, including when you provide information directly to us; when we passively collect information from you, such as from your browser or device; and from third parties.
We will collect any information you provide to us. We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, such as when you: (a) create an online account, (b) make a donation or purchase, (c) contact us or provide feedback. This information may include but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, payment information and your geographic location.
We want to emphasize that we do NOT store or retain any of your AI conversations. Your dialogs with AI remain private and are not saved in our systems. We only process the necessary data to convert your conversations into PDF or DOC format, after which no conversational data is retained by our service.
If you apply for the student discount, you upload a document that shows you are a student, such as a student ID card or a fee receipt. We use this document only to confirm your student status. It is stored privately, is never made public, and is viewed only by the person reviewing your request. You may cover any details we do not need, such as an ID number or your address.
The document is deleted as soon as your request is approved or declined. After that we keep only the result of the review, the dates it was submitted and reviewed, and, if it was declined, the reason we gave you. If your request is approved, we create a single-use discount code with our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, labelled with your email address so it can be matched to your account.
When you uninstall our extension, your browser opens a short, optional feedback form on our website. We store your answers together with the extension version you used, your browser and operating system, your country (worked out from your IP address, which we do not store), and how long the extension was installed. If you were signed in, the extension adds a random reference to the form's link so we can connect your feedback to your account and its plan; your email address is never put in the link.
We only email you about your feedback if you leave the reply box ticked or type in your email address. We use your answers to improve our products and do not share them.

By providing us with your information, you acknowledge any such transfer, storage or use. If we provide any information about you to any third parties information processors located outside of the EEA, we will take appropriate measures to ensure such companies protect your information adequately in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other data protection laws to govern the transfers of such data.
We have implemented technical, physical, and organizational security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of your information. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. We maintain a strict policy of not storing any of your AI conversation data, and we employ robust security measures including encryption for data transmission and strict access controls. We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy or as long as we are legally required or permitted to do so. Information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time. Student verification documents are the exception: they are deleted as soon as the review is complete, as described above.
